Provider

Overit Finland (overit.fi) is operated, and its paid plans are sold, by Verde Holding Kft., 8220 Balatonalmádi, Mátyás király utca 65., Hungary. Company registration number (Hungary): 19-09-525260. Hungarian tax number: 32872608-2-19. Email: office@verdeholding.hu.

The service

Overit Finland publishes information about Finnish companies from public sources such as the Trade Register and the Business Information System (YTJ). It is shown as the source publishes it. It is not an official register extract and may be incomplete or out of date.

Financial statements are available for only some companies, and the pages say so.

Your account

An account is created with an email address and a password. It is personal to you. Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.

You can download your data and delete your account at any time on the Settings page.

Paid plans

• The plans, what they include and their prices are on the pricing page. Prices are in euro and include VAT.
• Subscriptions are monthly and paid in advance by card through Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time on the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it does not succeed, the account returns to the free plan. None of your data is deleted.
• Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead and apply from the next period.
• Invoices are issued by Verde Holding Kft. through bizonylat.hu.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer right of withdrawal and refunds are described on a separate page (Withdrawal and refunds).

Acceptable use

• The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, or to process personal data in a way the GDPR does not allow.
• Automated bulk reading of the website (scraping) is not permitted.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and wherever mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes and governing law

Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days ahead.

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and may bring a dispute before its courts or consumer disputes board.
