Consumer right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your first subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason.

Tell us by email at office@verdeholding.hu. Your account's email address and a statement that you wish to withdraw are enough.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of your notice, to the card you paid with.

Because the service starts immediately at your request, we may deduct an amount in proportion to the time used before you withdrew.

Cancelling later

You can cancel at any time on the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Periods that have started are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Business customers

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. A business customer's subscription ends at the end of the paid period.

Charged in error

If you were charged in error or twice, write to office@verdeholding.hu. We refund an erroneous charge in full.
